  After hours service is available in the event of an emergency. What constitutes an emergency?
The following items are considered emergencies:
  • Fire
  • Any water leak
  • No electricity
  • Sewer stoppage
  • Refrigerator not working
  • No hot water
  • No air conditioning (if outside air temperature is more than 80 degrees)
  • No heating (if outside air temperature is less than 60 degrees)
  • Anyone trapped or locked out on their balcony
